We had 100 Rapier looms, 300 Toyota air-jet looms and advanced equipment for yarn dyeing and fabric finishing. Mose of our production is in shirting fabric. The content is cotton and cotton blended (cotton/polyester, cotton/linen, cotton/nylon, organic cotton etc). Besides basic weaving, we can proceed oxford, dobby, chambray, elastic weft, stretching and ect. Yarn count is ranging from 7s to 80s. We are serving PVH, GAP, JCP, TAL and so on. Our average monthly production capacity is 3 million meters, the annual value is RMB 300 million.
