We specialize in using postindustrial garment cutting waste and pre consumer recycled polyester to produce high quality yarns with certified 100% recycled contents. At Usha Yarns, we have dedicated ourselves to work on the quality, consistency and compliance of recycled yarns to set new global benchmarks in the supply of recycled yarns. There by enabling brands to adopt recycled yarns as a part of their garment offerings. Our current annual production is approx 12000 metric tons and we are scaling up to 18000 metric tons by 2023.
Products: Coloured recycled yarns for knitting and weaving with 100% recycled content recovered from pre and post consumer waste. We offer products in cotton, viscose and polyester blend which come along with traceability, chemical compliance and low environmental impact properties. Our recycled yarns are mainly used in knitted garments for making T-shirts, Pullovers, Sweaters, and Casual wears.
