Company Service: We are ahead of our time when it comes to efficiency. With our top-notch 3 ring-spinning mills having 63,000 spindles we produce 34,000 kgs of melange yarn per day. We also have a dedicated facility for recycled sustainable yarn. With over 700 ultra-modern knitting machines including the finest of its league, the circular knitting machines knit 100 tons of finest fabric per day. Apart from this we also have a setup of flat knitting for collars. We have the capability of processing 120 tons of fabric in a single day, thanks to the latest multi-dynamic dyeing machines which can handle cotton polyester and other synthetic fibers. The dyeing process has been upgraded to continuous processes which are more energy efficient. We are highly focused on sustainability at the product as well as on the environmental level, hence we have state-of-the-art ETP and Heat Recovery Modules on different machines. We are also aggressively shifting on biofuels for maximum energy conservation.
